The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation honored four Naval Academy alumni at the 26th Annual Distinguished Graduate Award ceremony in Alumni Hall at the United States Naval Academy on Friday. Honored were; Adm. Dennis C. Blair ’68, USN, Ret., Adm.Samuel J. Locklear III ’77, USN, Ret., Mr. Jerrold L. Miller ’77, and Mr. John F. Young ’78.
