The U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation and the Naval War College Foundation hosted the “Sustaining U.S. Maritime Dominance in an Era of Strategic Competition” forum. Harry and VADM Ted Carter ’81 led the forum that provided compelling and captivating conversations on some of the most challenging security issues facing our nation.
