After almost 29 years at the American Bankers Association, Bob Schmermund retired on August 31, 2021.
In a Facebook post Bob said “It’s been a great career working with my friends and colleagues at the American Bankers Association and all the wonderful bankers across the nation who make dreams come true for American families every day. It has been my honor to serve with you and for you. Thank you all! On to the next chapter and an ice cold beer! Go Navy!”
