This weekend there will be a number of opportunities for people to check in and pick up their badges and stuff. Attendees will need their badges for those events that required pre-payment, as there will be a code on the badge to show they paid.
Thursday: There will be a check-in/registration time from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at the Westin Hotel. Check in will also be available at the Thursday night reception 6:30-9:00 pm.
Friday: Check in will be available at the Westin Hotel from 8:30 – 10:00 am and again from 6:00 – 11:00 pm at the Friday Social.
Saturday: Check in will be available at the Westin Hotel from 8:30 – 10:00 am and then at the N Star Room at the stadium until the end of the 1st quarter.
The reunion committee feels that this schedule provides adequate opportunity to check in and allows the committee members to participate in the reunion itself. If there is someone who really has a hardship checking in, please let the reunion committee know and they will do their best to accommodate.
