“In Honolulu preparing for a three-week sailboat passage to Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Great to have a visit from Mark Lindstrom, who sacrificed an afternoon of surfing the Waikiki breaks to come visit. Mark is a surfer extraordinaire having learned when he was 13 years old. He arrived with a gift of champagne for the crew to celebrate landfall when we arrive. He told me that the champagne was the “good stuff”. A classy gift from a real gentleman. It was great to catch up with Mark.
