Dr. Robert J. Cloutier was named the 2023 Engineering Educator of the Year by the Mobile Area Council of Engineers. Dr. Rob Cloutier is a Professor, Systems Engineering Ph.D. Program Chair, and Graduate Director for the College of Engineering at the University of South Alabama (USA). He is currently managing a $3.7M research project with the U.S. Navy and was an Associate Professor and Director of Systems & Software Programs at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ before teaching at USA.
