Link to Run to Honor added to the Naval Academy links page. Run To Honor is an all-volunteer charity that exists to enable you to remember the nearly 2,700 men and women in the Naval Academy’s Memorial Hall. We strive to achieve this by organizing memorial gatherings of all kinds.
Our largest two events surround the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C., where we host a “shindig” (on the Friday before the race) and a tent on Charity Hill (on the day of the race). On Memorial Day, we organize and help others organize meetings across the world to run, walk, or simply pause and gather to remember those men and women in Memorial Hall. We also occasionally host shindigs across the country.
