Craig H. Cowen, 53, of Gibsonia, formerly of Annapolis, Md., died Monday, Aug. 10, 2009. Beloved husband of Lisa (Weber) Cowen; loving father of Rachel E., Brian W. and Meghan E. Cowen; brother of Carol C. O’Neal, of Coppell, Texas. There is no visitation.
