Classmates,
We are off to a great start for our February 2020 USNA ’78 Class Cruise; we have 30 bookings, total of 60 guests, already signed up. Below is an update on several events we have planned while on board and the contact information for our Personal Cruise Consultant for those who are still interested in booking a reservation.
We have arranged an embarkation reception in the B.B. King’s Blues Club that will take place during embarkation from noon until 4:00 pm on February 9, 2020. This is a no host event, but you are welcome to stop by for a quick “Hey, we made it” or just hang out for a while. You can come and go as you like.
We have also planned a “hosted” Cruise Kickoff cocktail party at 6:30 pm on the day we embark to be followed by a group dinner in the main dining room at 8 pm. Our final “planned” event is a group “farewell” dinner in the main dining room on the night before we disembark. On all other nights, “Anytime Dining” will be the plan of the day, meaning you can choose from the two service times in the main dining room (5:45 pm or 8 pm) or make arrangements at any other on board dining venue.
