Navy Football @ Hawaii: Updates and Info

Traveling to Hawaii for the Navy Football 2018 Season Opener? Join the Naval Academy Alumni Chapter of Hawaii, parents, fans and the leadership of the Naval Academy and the Pacific Fleet to welcome Navy Football to Hawaii!

Football Game – University of Hawaii vs the United States Naval Academy

Date: Saturday 1 September 2018

Time: Kickoff -1700 (all times local Hawaii Standard Time)

Location: Aloha Stadium – parking instructions here

 

Game Ticket Options:

  • Navy section – buy from the Naval Academy Athletic Association
  • Sideline sections: available for purchase starting on 13 August in the Navy section using the promo code: NAVY18 at the University of Hawaii ticket site
  • VIP Box seats – There are 50 box seats available hosted by the Naval Academy Alumni Chapter of Hawaii. Join Pacific Fleet VIPs and military and civilian community leaders to enjoy the game in luxury, complete with food and drinks. Register

Welcome Pep Rally Reception:

Date: Friday 31 August 2018

Time: 1700 to 2000 / 5 to 8 p.m. HST

Location: Hale Koa Hotel, Luau Garden, 2055 Kalia Road, Honolulu, 96815

Parking:  Hale Koa Parking Structure (across the street from the hotel)- 358 Maluhia Rd, Honolulu, HI 96815- parking will be validated at Pep Rally- $6 per car

Price per person: $60 adult, $15 per child age 2 to 12

Pre-Game Tailgate:

Date:  Saturday 1 September 2018

Time: 1300 to 1600 HST

Location: Rainbow Bay Pavilion, 103 Arizona Memorial Drive, Aiea, HI 96701 – access via the USS ARIZONA visitor center road, past the marina and restaurant. See map

Tailgate Menu: Teriyaki chicken and beef, short ribs, kalua pork, noodles, sushi, various salads, tons of local food. Includes beer, wine, soda and water. 

A special welcome to the Class of ’85 mini-reunion!

Price is $40 per adult, $15 child age 2 to 12

Additional Details:

  • The pedestrian gate at the intersection of Salt Lake Boulevard and Kamehameha Highway will be open to walk up to the stadium after the tailgate.  Free parking for tailgate attendees with the stadium a 5 minute walk away!
  • A tailgater being run by MWR on the upper level of Richardson Field is open to the public with the food and drinks being “pay as you go.”
